Our Website Care plans are designed to offer peace of mind. From routine checks and updates to troubleshooting and small refinements, we take care of the details quietly and consistently, so your website continues to support your work without demanding your attention.

    • Minimum commitment: 3 months

    • Billing: Invoiced monthly in advance. Any work outside your selected plan is billed at a discounted hourly rate.

    • Returning clients & template customers: Enjoy 20% off your first month of Website Care

    • New website onboarding: A one‑time onboarding fee of €150 applies to websites not originally built by us

  • Any work beyond your plan's monthly allowance is billed at a discounted hourly rate — Core and Complete clients also receive an additional 10% or 20% discount respectively on that hourly work.

  • Yes. Many clients start on The Starter and move to The Core or The Complete as their site takes on more content, e-commerce, or traffic. Let us know during a review call and we'll adjust your plan going forward.

  • Yes — e-commerce maintenance is included from The Core plan upward, and The Complete plan extends this to digital products like courses, memberships, and monetised blogs.

  • A one-time €150 onboarding fee applies, covering the time it takes us to properly understand your site's structure and setup before ongoing care begins.

  • Text and image changes, minor page edits, and small structural adjustments within your existing design. Larger changes — new pages, a redesign, or added functionality — fall outside a Care plan and are quoted separately.

  • Yes — paying yearly saves 15% compared to monthly billing, with the same plan and the same inclusions either way.
